This was just what the doctor ordered after a long nght partying on Halloween. Chicken "hash", potatoes, diced jalapenos, cheese, guacamole, sour cream and 2 eggs over easy with a green chili sauce. It was the perfect portion to fill me up but not put me back to sleep.
