I thought I would try something from the new menu so went for the Yakisoba. Was far too sweet in my opinion and was very mushy in texture. Did not enjoy this at all and it didn’t live up to the usual high standards of shoryu! Will be having my go-to choice of Kotteri Hakata Tonkotsu ramen next time I’m back.
