1st SHOYU RAMEN
Ramen Ki-Mama, StockholmShoyu broth, noodles, chasu pork, bamboo shoots, a soft boiled egg and spring onions. Very good Japanese restaurant, specialising in ramens. Perhaps a little salty, but it is shoyu, so what do you expect! Lovely servers and they were so helpful and kind when I couldn’t speak a lot of Swedish. The dish was 140sek (about 11£) which is on the expensive side for the portion, but not for Stockholm.
