Alligator sausage is so moist and delicious!!! This place really has a great selection of toppings as well. Recommend the crawfish etufee as seen on the tater tots behind. Not expensive either! #hotdogs #gator

These reminded me of a sausage stuffing ball I once ate. The difference is the heavy Cajun breading. Boudin is apparently a creole style stuffing. Definitely not traditional, heavier, more like a corn bread. #appetizer
