This quesadilla brought down the house for st Pattie’s day!! Tender corn beef, with just enough sour croute, smothered in Swiss, dipped in Russian dressing. I can’t wait till next year!!! #saintpatricksday #ruben

This sounded amazing. But it had a birria style sauce which didn’t taste bad however it made the quesadilla burnt. It was so overwhelmingly burnt I actually asked for a new one. The new one was still burnt but I’m not sure you could cook it through without burning. #mexican
