Best described as Onion "Flan" - this was my favorite dish during our 16 course meal

This was interesting.. arugula pureed with ice to make a gelato consistency... not sweet at all. The flavor tasted like ice cold lettuce, but your brain wanted to taste Gelato.

sweet and spicy, crispy cauliflower florets with toasted peanuts and scallions.

Can't mess these up too much
