Arrived in Bali yesterday and I am having a couple of days on my own where as you can imagine I have planned all of my restaurant choices carefully and strategically. First on the list was @kilokitchenbali and after asking what the best thing on the menu was, this was what arrived: Truffled Tai Yuzu Roll (fresh crab meat, snapper and tempura flakes). To be honest, after 24 hours travelling and eating plane food I probably should have ordered something more substantial as I woke up at 2am and had to go searching for snacks 🤦🏻‍♀️. I would have also liked the truffle to be a little stronger but a good first start from this Singaporean gem’s first overseas spot 🇮🇩
