Juicy pork soup dumplings. Good skin and juicy meat fillings. This was tasty and good, but not as good as at Din Tai Fung in Taipei (Michelin Star.) XLB at Taipei’s DTF is far superior in that the skin is paper thin yet chewy and the soup is intact in all of their dumplings whereas the ones here lack such quality. The service is far more attentive in Taipei as well. However, these were better than a lot of places that serve XLB in the States. :)
