Succulent, juicy, tender and tasty half roasted chicken. A great classic dish for attending a Bavarian fest in a Zelt ( and actually something any waitress understands over any kind of noise and music: 'a hoibs hendl bitte!' Only complaint- a wee big to salty- nothing more beef can't cure:-)
