This is a foie gras ice cream, with a peanut and caramel center... coated in white chocolate, and topped with sprinkles. Then basically floating on a layer of sour cherry puree. GAME OVER! You will never win against something as wholly awesome as this. Chef Lee Tiernan is doing some hands down incredible stuff in London right now. Ma MAN! 😂🤣💪🏻🤘🏻

With peanut & sour cherry 🍒. So so good, creamy and melt-in-the-mouth delicious. Never would I have thought I’d try a dish that combined foie gras with hundreds & thousands. Could’ve eaten this several times over.
