Seared wagyu(?) beef served with sauteed onions, mushrooms, and I forgot what that round thing was on the left...anybody? The flavor on this dish was SPOT ON!! However, I didn’t feel that the beef was indeed Wagyu...not much marbling and the texture and taste was ok for me. Sam and James concurred with their head nods so I’m not alone on this. With that said, if I was hungry and they served me this almost full size of a dish, I would’ve been very happy indeed!! Only one off dish in the entire 10 course meal! That’s a pretty good record in my opinion! :D
