Ramen noodles with cilantro, seasoned tofu, cashews, & ra-yu. Everything was done well, but the subtle indescribable sauce made it gradually Wowza! 🤪 I added sweet jumbo sautéed shrimp to the leftovers tonight & they went really well with it.
