I would get on a plane just for the elderflower sorbet that was served with it! 😍 the tart was really rich and chocolatey and had nice texture from the crunchy base as well but I think it was definitely the sorbet that stood out. It helped bring balance to the dish and was so good in it's own right. #sorbet
