Cornish gouda, gubeen and montagnolo Affine blue with sweet red onion chutney toasted in sourdough bread. It was very enjoyable though I wonder if it was maybe not done hot/long enough, as the bread was a little greasy and not very toasted and the cheese wasn't melted. To be honest though, the flavours were really nice and if I had been unhappy I could have asked them to put it in for longer.
