Nice subtle flavour. Actually I dont think the taste was very strong but it was my first time trying ube so not sure how strong a flavour is best... I would ha e enjoyed it more with less cream. £5

basically a hot chocolate but made with Ube ice cream which is unsually both dense and sweet, combined with white chocolate and then topped with frothy Ube whipped cream. This is like a holiday in a cup, and is the most comforting thing I’ve drunk in a while!
