This little dish was a real stunner - beautifully marinated and fried pieces of aubergine (eggplant) and with such an incredible labneh... amazing.

I’ve never been much of a fan of aubergine but these were delicious 😋

Green Juice Cocktail 🥗🥬💚 Who would have thought green juice could become a delicious and fresh cocktail? 🍹Last week I had the pleasure of discovering a @littlebatbar in Islington. It is such a little hidden gem where you can grab an excellently mixed cocktail. This drink is actually made from lettuce and greens extract that is then made into a cocktail. The drink includes El Gobernador Pisco, Spring Salad Shrub, Lime, Prosecco! 🍾 . The little bat is a vibrant bar and kitchen serving amazing cocktails and delicious food. I would highly recommend this place for an after work drink or a pre-dinner drink with friends or colleagues. It has the perfect atmosphere for date night as well. 👩‍❤️‍👩👯‍♀️ . Aside from the amazing cocktails they have some seriously delicious finger foods and bar snacks. My favorite dish of the night had to be the turmeric aubergine. Omg this is probably one of the best aubergine dish I've ever had. So crispy but light at the same time!

Crispy on the outside and so soft in the middle. Always a fan of labneh too.
