And here is the last of the 'tapas amuse bouche' portion of the menu... a gorgeous little plate of cotton candy cloud, with mushrooms and truffle slices lovingly nestled on top. Wow. The scent coming of this plate when it arrived... like a sweet button mushroom truffle fog... had us drooling before the first bite. Was hard to stop for picture taking! Now we'll move on to the regular menu. Tomorrow. ;*)
