Delicious tropical pineapple sundae created by @doriegreenspan & @malai_icecream! Proceeds go to @wckitchen. Not only is there flavorful refreshing Pineapple Pink Peppercorn ice cream & Lychee sorbet, but there was a cornucopia of fruit including strawberries, lychees & some sort of sweetened pineapple, drizzled with a (caramel?) sauce, sprinkled with crumbles & topped with airy whipped cream. The only element that kept it from being amazing was the too light & airy whipped cream. I prefer the rich, languid cream that is whipped.
