Braised tender tripes in spicy tomato sauce. It wasn’t spicy to me at first bite, but my mom couldn’t eat anymore than a bite, because it was too spicy for her. Then as I ate more and more, the burn started to creep up. Nothing I can’t handle, but pretty spicy for normal people. :) Such a tasty and soul warming dish! Love it!
