Clockwise from bottom left: Scottish smoked salmon, gravlax, Nova Scotia Gaspé, and pastrami-cured salmon. I loved them ALL equally, don't make me pick just one!!!! Served with plain, scallion and dill cream cheeses and the bread basket had a bialy, a bagel, challah, rye and pumpernickel breads. Heavenly brunch.
