Grilled chipotle-lime shrimp on greens and cilantro rice, topped with pico de gallo, black bean corn salsa, guacamole, chimichurri, tortilla strips and lime. Really nice blend of flavours, the shrimp was delicious and cooked perfectly. The rice was a little bit dry but this didn’t take away from how tasty the rest of the bowl was.
