2021 update (see 2nd photo): Still amazing, but wow — that's a LOT less of the toppings 😱 I'm glad I take these pictures! 2019 review: I didn't think it was possible for Island Earth's taramosalata to be outdone, but of course, if anyone could do it, it would be Travolta. This is simply—sublime. The main body is airy, tangy and super smooth, and those little bursts of salmon roe on top are pure genius. Best taramosalata ever. A steal at €5.
