Sicilian classic of fresh handmade #Tagliatelle in an almond and tomato pesto from Franzina Trattoria 🍝 The sauce is made of crushed Pachino tomatoes, basil, mint, pistachios, almonds, ricotta salata cheese and chili 🇮🇹 This dish was INSANE! And it is literally swimming in sauce so I stole some of my friend’s fluffy focaccia to help mop it up 🤤🤤🤤
