Entremet of almond orange sponge topped with almond streusel coated with Valrhona Dulcey, then enveloped in ‘Grand Marnier’ Opalys Mousse containing a central divot of ‘Grand Marnier’ Burnt Caramel. This would make a perfect autumnal dessert except it’s hot as Hades here.
