I got mine without the jalapenos. The chipotle sauce was a little spicy. The chicken was not as crispy as Popeyes or even Chick-fil-A. The "taco shell" was a biscuit like, hence the word sandwich in its title. You don't really want Taco Bell food but you there with a whole bunch of other people in your family so you're stuck getting something, might enjoy this is something different. This is not what I go to Taco Bell for and it really doesn't compete in the spicy chicken wars.
