I believe this is a regional thing to St. Louis but someone can correct me if I’m wrong. It’s an egg foo young Patty served on white bread traditionally with mayonnaise, pickles, lettuce, and sometimes tomato. This one is a special Saint Paul sandwich which means it has pork beef shrimp and ham.
