CARBONARA SO RICH IT CAN SEND ITS KIDS TO PRIVATE SCHOOL 🔥 . We enjoyed an evening at @puccimayfair which specialises in Mediterranean food. Not a single bad dish experienced - in fact the food was absolutely EXCEPTIONAL. The head chef @tilly_turbett has worked with the likes of @gordongram and Noma (Copenhagen) and so you know you're in for some high standards. . Seriously though, the star of the show was this Carbonara🍝. One of the best we have had. Rich, creamy and with a plethora of pancetta. . Whilst the carbonara was undoubtedly the star of the show, the sides were highly enjoyable as well and a very worthy support act. . 🧀Molten Croquettes - a cheesy concotion of parmesan and prosciutto, need I say more? 🍆Charred aubergine had depth of flavour 🥖Labneh was smooth and creamy - the perfect companion for the home baked bread 🤤 .
