This is a popular dish, so it might just be my palate not feeling it. This plate has smoked salmon (which wasn't that smokey and felt a little dry compared to almost all the smoked salmon I've ever eaten) filled with Russian salad and topped with caviar. The honey glazing was too immediate - the lack of saltiness to offset it was surprising given the ingredients. Overall, not one I'd return to or recommend.
