Beautifully tender beef but the chilli distribution was a bit uneven, most of it deliciously spicy but a couple of mouthfuls so “over chillied “ that it detracted from the overall effect otherwise could have been amazing

This dish had loads of potential and the flavour of the meat was rich and reminiscent of my roast dinners but although I love spice, there were random bursts of chilli that were so intense it was uncomfortable and this heat didn’t add to the flavour
