Haven's take on the classic has a non-traditional but interesting flavor profile. Made as it must be with Andouille adding the "sweeter" (but loved my native of Georgia) Vidalia Onions and Roasted Tomatoes.... I liked it but it is (as with most ofthe brunch items) smaller than a Southern would want for a meal. The owner - Michael does a great job with Haven and I love having this in my neighborhood. It is a small space and he could use more room (break through the ceiling Michael) but it won't dissapoint if you go try it for dinner...brunch just may be a little 'less' that you would want it to be.
