A hardshell taco with a 3 cheese blend of cheddar, mozzarella, and pepper Jack baked on the outside. Inside, you get braised shredded beef, a creamy jalapeño sauce, and more cheese. It comes with a Nacho cheese sauce and a red sauce for dipping in. I didn't even use the Nacho cheese because that's just crazy with all the cheese they have on the inside and outside. The red sauce is the same sauce that they use on their enchiritos. The taco is pretty good, especially with the red sauce, but the jalapeno cream sauce does not go, and I would leave that off.
