Isn't this gorgeous? And yet, it kind of missed the mark for me. I love their skinny fries. Do you see that great crispy cheese? The short rib meat is good, the gravy is okay... I think what I like the least about it is that it's all served on top of mashed potatoes. I didn't know this going in. We think it's because it's supposed to soak in the gravy, but it's just too much.The cheese is beautiful, but it doesn't have a lot of flavor. All the individual components look great and it feels like it should work, but it didn't really. It's pretty good but I probably wouldn't get it again.

Skinny fries baked with braised Oaxacan style short rib, white cheddar cheese curds, chives, and house made beef gravy on top of garlic mashed potatoes. Very filling.
