The spiciest wing at the venue, these have a building heat from a moderately flavorful dry rub that is definitely based with chili powder. The heat builds over time, and I think eating the juicy tender meat on the inside brings the spice out even more. I suspect these are brined with vinegar, which would open up pores to make the spice hit harder. I felt that happening, and it was sort of punishing! Not a ton of flavor here, but amazing chicken like always here.
