Had the pleasure of visiting ONJA: a taste of Tanzania 🇹🇿 located in Cardiff, Wales. Ordered a variety of foods but the one you see before you is fried Sardines, Ugali, Onja Chilli Sauce and Okra stew. Overall a great dish. The fish, perfectly crispy, crunchy, salty and delicious, paring nicely with the intense chilli sauce made in house. When you combine that with the creamy, healthy Okra stew it makes a Powerful explosion of flavours in your mouth 💥 When you add the Ugali, the canvas of foods to mix and match the textures and flavours the once almost flavourless Ugali, becomes an amazing burst of deliciousness.
