Hand-stretched dough, rolled and filled with cream, Gorgonzola dolce, creamy Taleggio cheese, mozzarella and basil leaves, brushed with garlic butter and dressed with rocket and grated vegetarian cheese. This was literally to DIE for, the blend of the different melted cheeses in the middle was gorgeous and the dough was so soft it was incredible.
