This dish took me away from work & excited me enough to finally post one of my many accumulating photos! The rigatoni was perfectly al dente! The eggplant combined with the super tasty tomato sauce & pecorino…Mama Mia!💋 Maybe slightly too salty for me. Came with fresh pillowy Italian bread. The price was reasonable. Cash & take-out only at this time.
