Let’s go over that again... Rice Pudding... Panna Cotta... Brûlée... with chocolate mousse. This is clearly a made-up dessert. I’m fairly certain the chef just smooshed his four favourite desserts into one dish.
The result was... interesting. The rice was al dente which certainly added a different textural element; but the panna cotta and brûlée elements were just general “creamy sweet” vibe with additional “chocolate creamy sweet” on top in the form of the choc mousse. It needed more of the fresh strawberries (which were lovely) or something else to contrast against all that creamy sweetness. In the end was a “bit much” for me.
