With sous-vide rhubarb (mmmm), cocoa nib tuille (probably my favourite individual part of the dessert and it went perfectly with everything else), salted caramel pearls (small but they were full of flavour of salted caramel) , orange & cointreau ice cream (nice). I really enjoyed the mix of flavours but it was a bit gutting that the panna cotta wasn't set at all, and there was too much of it in my opinion. The flavours though were popping all over the place, intense and really delicious. Everything went together really well.
