New healthy breakfast item at McDonald’s, and at only 150 calories a cup. With red rice, shiitake mushrooms, beancurd, sweet potato, corn and goji berries. Salty, with a bit of sweetness and crunch from the corn kernels. Not bad! Portion is a tad small though.
