A really rich, delicious red curry- could do with more chilli

The flavours were amazing! Succulent roast duck with rich curry flavours, slightly spicy and sweet with lychee. Who knew lychee would work well in a curry?! 😍 Ended up getting two bowls of rice to finish every last bit of curry. 😋
