This is a smaller cut. This particular cut was uneven so it was pretty thin on one side, but it was still good. The creamed corn was really nice. Unfortunately, they do not serve this prime rib with au jus. I paid another 50 cents to get it on the side though. Weird.

This is the smallest cut. Served with potatos and gravy, Yorkshire pudding and your choice of creamed corn or creamed spinach.
