Some people would say this is not a Cubano. I would tend to agree, since an important part of a Cubano is the press. So let’s call this Cubano inspired sandwich what it is, simply amazing! Homemade pulled pork, thick sliced salami, quality ham, pickle slices cut lengthwise and thick slices of Swiss cheese with mustard make the stand out sandwich drool worthy. I recommend the sandwich to anyone within a 50 mile radius! You’ve got to try it! and, that gorgeous soft pretzel bun is always perfect, pillowy and warm.
