You know there are sometimes moments in life, when you’re forced to re-think everything you know about living (and eating)? Trying this tortilla was one of those moments for me... 😂😂😂😂 spanish tortillas for me have always been a tasty food, but from a culinary perspective were always a bit boring... but THIS one... OMG... perfectly crisp on the outside, and yet on the inside was the moistest, most perfectly seasoned combination of egg, potatoes, peppers and mind blowingly tender prawns. 💯💯💯💯💯
