Shandong does a decent job with their version of this traditional Chinese dish. They may even be the best in Portland. They come out fresh, full of super hot soup, and good pork. The skin is thin, but not as thin as the very best I've had. A must order when dining here for lunch or dinner.

This little treasure is found as an appetizer in Shandong's menu. I order it every time I dine there. It's always good... few local (if any) Chinese restaurants make these as well as they do. The order includes 8... BUT I had to sneak one off the steamer before grabbing this pic.
