Super dish of tender pork shoulder, with a sweet and fragrant sauce. Perfect with a bowl of rice 🐽🍚

Plenty of gingery sharp flavours & lovely slow cooked pork but beyond that none of the kind of depths that make really good curries stand out. Pretty good, just not amazing.
