Served with sweet potato hash and cilantro rice. The lemon beurre blanc sauce was a nice touch to the calamari steak slices. Juicy and tender slices. Fantastic! Who knew this was in Fresno!?!?

Pistachio crusted calamari steak in lemon beurre blanc sauce. OMG...amazeballs! The best calamari steak I've ever had...so tender. The crust and sauce were perfect. Too bad I am only in town for business. I would keep coming back just for this!
