I did it! I finally had my first Philly Cheesesteak! Good quality chopped steak & sautéed onions wit melted American cheese. The cheese gave it a filmy quality. Next time I'll try it not melted. Excellent Italian bread! Soft on the inside & a little crusty on the outside with sesame seeds. I've had the best. I am now ruined for all other cheesesteaks.
