First time having Peking duck in China and all I can say is average. Can’t say I’m surprised due to it being airport food. On the bright side the meat wasn’t dry and had a decent flavour to it, although in my mind when I ordered it (very excited) I was expecting a bit more of a crunch, a little bit of a textural diversity. The skin was just soft not like a typical duck should be, overall not a bad dish especially when paired with the sources and spring onions, just a little lack lustre.
