This is a sort of pizza-sandwich... It has a top (which I lifted up for the photo) - but the dough is par-baked once without the fillings (classic mix of sausage, friarielli/rapini, cheese), so that it has no "sogginess"... Make sense? All you need to know is that despite not having tomato sauce in it, this is still one of my fave pizzas in London town - and I am a fervent believer in tomato sauce improving almost all pizzas! IT IS STILL MY FAVE! Pizza God blessed this amazing creation for sure. 🙏🏻😂
