Braised beef short ribs in kaffir lime leaves panang curry. This is my favorite Thai curry dish. You have to make sure and ask the server if their short ribs are properly braised during lunch time. During dinners I’ve never had any issues, but one time when I was there for lunch, the short ribs weren’t braised enough so I had to send it back. Ever since then, I always make sure to ask the kitchen prior to ordering and I’ve had no problems. This one was perfect in every way! Fall off the bone tender with rich curry sauce!
